Can I register?
If you have a disability or chronic health condition you are eligible to register and obtain an Education Inclusion Plan. Such conditions may include mental health conditions, such as depression or anxiety, temporary injuries that impact your studies and permanent disabilities such as mobility issues, hearing impairments, learning disabilities or vision impairments.
When should I register?
You should register before the semester begins or before week 6. If you develop a disability, health condition or injury during your studies, it is important to register as soon as possible.
How do I register?
- The first step is to gather documentation. Your health professional can complete the Supporting Documentation Form or provide documentation that meets the Documentation Guidelines.
- Once you have your documentation, fill out the Pre-Appointment Online Form. This form allows you to upload your documentation, provide your details and make an initial appointment with us. Please note: this requires an ACU student login.
