Important instructions for accessing and using student email

IMPORTANT: You must change your ACU network password before attempting to connect to your ACU email account for the first time.

Resetting your ACU password synchronises you email account and network passwords.

  • On-campus instructions:
    -
    Press 'Ctrl, Alt & Del' keys and select 'Change Password'.

  • Off-campus instructions:
    -
    Reset you password at www.acu.edu.au/loginselfservice
    (You will need to enrol with the system first.)

Are you logging into the right domain?

The domain you need to access is http://outlook.com/myacu through a web browser. Our links on our website have been updated to reflect the new paths, we have also added links to the old email service for access to archived email.

Are you using the correct login information?

The correct login information is your student number such as ‘s00123456’ in the new ‘myacu.edu.au’ domain, so the full logon account is ‘s00123456@myacu.edu.au’.

Are you using the correct password?

Your default Network password (the password for logging into the computer) is your Date of Birth in 'DDMMYYYY' format, with no slashes '/' or other separators.

Your email password will be synchronised with your network password when you change your network password.

Still can’t log into your email?

If you are doing all of the above and are still unable to access your email;

  • On-campus students:

  • Off-campus (Fully On-Line) students:
