Tutorial Direct

Welcome to the ACU Tutorial Direct website. Tutorial Direct is a self-service system that allows you to allocate yourself into tutorials, seminars, workshops etc offered in Semesters 1 and 2. When multiple options are available, you can choose your preferred times/days.

Please ensure you check 'Important Dates 2013' below and read the Tutorial Direct User Guide (PDF File, 398.8 KB) prior to accessing the system.

Class timetables may be subject to change before and/or during the first few weeks of semester. You should regularly check your timetable during this period as any such changes may require you to reallocate your classes in Tutorial Direct.

If you have just enrolled it may take up to an hour before you can access Tutorial Direct.

Important Dates 2013

Friday
5 July

9:00am

Tutorial Direct opens for all students in Read Only mode. You will be able to view but will NOT be able to allocate to any classes.

Monday
8 July

8:30am

All students will be locked out of Tutorial Direct in preparation for Qld student allocation.

Monday
8 July

9:00am

Tutorial Direct will open to only Queensland students for class allocation. No other students will be able to log on to the system.

Monday
8 July

4:00pm

Read Only access will be restored for Vic, NSW and ACT students. Qld students can continue to allocate and/or make changes to classes.

Wednesday
10 July

8:30am

All students will be locked out of Tutorial Direct in preparation for Vic student allocation.

Wednesday
10 July

9:00am

Tutorial Direct will open to only Victorian students for class allocation. No other students will be able to log on to the system.

Wednesday
10 July

4:00pm

Read Only access will be restored for NSW and ACT students. Qld and Vic students can continue to allocate and/or make changes to classes.

11 July

8:30am

All students will be locked out of Tutorial Direct in preparation for ACT student allocation.

Tutorial Direct will open to only ACT students for class allocation. No other students will be able to log on to the system.

The system will open to only NSW students for class allocation. No other students will be able to log on to Tutorial Direct.

Access to Tutorial Direct will be restored for all students.

3:00pm

Tutorial Direct closes for automatic sorting. All students who have not selected classes will be automatically allocated to classes by the Tutorial Direct system. Tutorial Direct will reopen at 4pm. You may make changes to Semester 1 class allocations (dependant on availability) until the system closes on 16 July.

Semester 2 2013 commences.

4:00pm

Tutorial Direct closes for Semester 2 allocations. After this time you can still print your class timetable, however, you will only be able to view Tutorial Direct in 'Read Only' mode.
