Financial Assistance
There are a variety of financial assistance programs available to assist you in your endeavour to study overseas.
University Grant
Students in the middle years of their degree who qualify to go on exchange are eligible to receive a grant of up to $2,500 towards their airfare. Once students have been accepted by their exchange or study abroad institution, students will be required to submit a bank details form (PDF 83kb) to have the grant transferred.

OS-HELP Loan
The OS-HELP loan is available to ACU exchange and study abroad students who are currently receiving HECS support. In 2012, the OS-HELP amount per semester is $5,824 per 6 months. If you go overseas for a year, you may be eligible to recieve 2 loans.

Students are encouraged to contact relevant country embassies to see if any financial assistance is available.
IDP Education
IDP Education manages a number of Australian Government programs which may include scholarships for outgoing Australian students.
