Determined to Succeed Art Comp
The Determined to Succeed art competition is now open for new entries
Does determined to succeed = Resilience? Keeping on going in spite of experiencing significant challenges? Doing more than you thought you could? New growth? Strength? Achievement?
We are looking for a digital representation* of whatever determined to succeed means to you. You don't have to be a pro, you just have to have a keen eye, a creative spirit and be able to represent your artwork digitally to enter.
The winning art works will feature in a booklet that contains students' stories of resilience and determination. These stories have been collected during an ACU Ethics Approved research project which explored how students kept going with their studies despite experiencing significant challenges.
The competition closed on Monday 5th September 2011.
The prizes
The winner will receive a $100 Co-Op Book Voucher from your campus co-op store and the winning entry will be published in the new 'Determination to Succeed' booklet and on an online flip chart on the ACU homepage + the ANZSSA international website.
The second place winner will receive a $50 Co-Op Book Voucher from your campus co-op store.
