Sports Venues
The ACU Games will be held in two sporting locations. Teams will predominantly spend their time at the Major League facility, but will participate in Badminton, Wheelchair Basketball, Tennis or Table tennis at Ballarat's Minerdome.
Major League is located at 502 Howitt Street, Ballarat and will be the sports location for Go Karts, Ten Pin Bowling, Indoor Soccer, Laser Force, Indoor Netball and Beach Volleyball. The facility has a snack bar, sports bar, stadium style bench seats for supporters as well as a lunch/quiet room for students. The Major League facility will be exclusively used for the ACU Games participants.
The Minerdome is Basketball's home in Ballarat with the Miners competing in the Victorian Basketball League. This facility will be used for the basketball fixtures as well as table tennis and badminton.
