Your local Student Centre is the first point of contact for all enquiries related to your proposed or current enrolment at ACU or any Student Administration matters. If you have an enquiry related to admissions, enrolment, fees, examinations, timetabling, or graduations, please make contact with your local Student Centre, unless specifically instructed to contact a particular section or person.

Note:

The Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane Student Centres close from 12.30pm - 1.30pm during semester breaks and mid-term recesses (only), as below:

  • 4 January 2011 - 14 January 2011
  • 25 April - 29 April 2011
  • 20 June - 22 July 2011
  • 26 September – 30 September 2011
  • 19 November 2011 - 14 January 2012

All Student Centres open 30 minutes earlier and close 30 minutes later than the advertised opening hours during Orientation Week, the first week of Semester 1 and the first week of Semester 2.
