Recredit of Learning Entitlement
If you have been experiencing long term crisis, medical, personal, employment related or course issues which:
- have been beyond your control;
- the full impact of which was not apparent until after the HECS census date;
- and it is impractical for you to complete the requirements of the unit within the period you are enrolled in the unit.
You can apply for a Re-credit of Learning Entitlement and Refund of Fees in Special Circumstances Read the form carefully, you have up to 12 months to apply for this.
You will have to provide proof of your circumstances which will require supporting documentation. Please Read the form carefully to understand the full requirements that you must meet to be eligible.
ACU Counsellors will usually only be able to assist you with supporting documentation if you have previously seen a counsellor in the ACU Counselling Service for related issues.
Send this form to the Manager Enrolments, Fees and Scholarships Section as indicated on the form.
Important: You do not need to speak to a counsellor unless you would like counselling support.
Please remember if you would like to speak to a counsellor you can book an appointment online.
During busy periods of the semester you may have to wait up to a week to get an appointment with a counsellor.
