Service Knowledge Base and Values
The Counsellors practise on the basis of a variety of informed theoretical and research based frameworks that may include: Systemic, Cognitive Behavioural, Narrative, Solutions Focused, Jungian, Psychodynamic etc.
Supervision, professional development, collection of service data and relevant research help to continually inform counselling practice.
Counsellors are also aware of the importance of reflective practice and self care.
