Individual Appointment
Speak with a Careers Adviser
You are invited to make a booking for an individual appointment with a Careers Adviser. Appointments are usually 30 minute sessions (limit of 4 per semester).
Drop-In sessions are also available. These are usually 10 minute sessions aimed at assisting you with short enquiries.
You are also welcome to contact the Careers Adviser by email of phone.
Make the most of your session
To really benefit from individual career sessions we suggest the following:
- attend relevant workshops first
- do some research on the topic
- be clear about what you wish to achieve
- print out job applications you would like reviewed and bring your resume to your appointment
Most of all, be ready to actively participate in constructing and managing your own career.
The Careers Adviser's role is to facilitate your career self management.
