Withdrawal from Course
If you choose to withdraw from your course you must complete the Application for Withdrawal from Course (WC) form. Prior to this, it is recommended that you speak with a Student Counsellor or your Course Coordinator.
If a WC form is submitted after the Census Date, you may be subject to academic and/or financial penalties.
**You may still be liable for the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) if you withdraw from your course after the fee payment due date.

If you believe you have special circumstances, you may apply for a refund of fees.
